MLA Babasaheb Ghatpandey is a popular social worker & a trustee of a hospital. Money & power of the chair are his weakness. Dr Bharat, his nephew, who has great reverence for his uncle, comes to serve in the hospital & aid him in his social work. Here, he befriends Deepa, a social worker. Very soon Deepa falls in love with Bharat. However Bharat is oblivious to her feelings. Bharat, soon realizes that in the hospital all is not what it seems to be. He learns of some illegal happenings there. When Bharat suggests a plan for the extension of the hospital building, Babasaheb is flabbergasted. Nonetheless, Bharat is hell-bent on teaching his uncle a lesson of a lifetime even if it means tricking him through his own methods.
